Installation Machinery Services Ltd (Managing Director Ian Rush) is renowned for its reliable and competitive service to the dry cleaning industry, with over thirty years experience, we can offer the full turnkey  package from the transport to the installations, planned servicing, spare parts, machinery storage.

Ian Rush started out as an apprentice, working for 17 years for a well-known company, there was only one direction to go and that ended in starting up Installation Machinery Services. 

Offering my  services to some of the major machine suppliers, we believe that we could only go from strength to strength.

In 2009 & 2012  Dean & Josh Rush  joined Installation Machinery Services, working alongside his farther learning the industry from installations to refurbishment of equipment.

We run a fleet of vehicles, from our main installation van, pickup truck for smaller jobs, Luton van for smaller machinery transport & 7.5 ton flat-bed lorry, complete with a 6 ton crane for the largest machine moves.

We also run 2 trailers with a facility to offer onsite fork truck service.

Our 3000 square foot Essex based premises consist of a fully functional  work shop, with all services for the reconditioning of equipment, our online shop for spare parts, separate office for the clerical side of things and our storage warehouse for customers machinery that are in transition.

Our online spare part service which offers rare spare parts for machinery which is still being used today in the industry. 

February 2020 Installation Machinery Services decided that to add an adition to there installation company of supplying new machinery.

The decision was made to purchase Unit Steam Engineering which at the time the proprietor was approaching retirement.

The company which is the sole uk agent for Hoffman New Yorker & UK agent for Battistella & Fagor.

The decision was made to purchase the company and we became !
